Our associates take responsibility for your shipment at the time of receipt from the shipping location. Behind the scenes, our people are already hard at work. Upon arrival at our terminal, our professional staff will expedite each shipment to its destination.

After delivery, our origin stations receive "proof of delivery" information via our in-house communications network or by our national Watts line links to agent operations.

Advanced Control Center

Our control center is the backbone and control for all shipments within our system. Each and every shipment is closely monitored from the first telephone call until we get a signed off delivery. With our Control Center concept, shipments around the world can be tracked every step of the way.

Requests for pickup are directed and controlled by Regional Express Centers and central operations. Our facilities, capacity and personnel, are poised to respond immediately to your call for pick-up - anytime, anywhere.

Advance Arrival Notification

Provides customers with projected arrival times in advance of actual shipment delivery. This gives customers the information necessary to plan, schedule and execute their business processes.

Proactive Exception Notification and Resolution

Alerts customers to unscheduled exceptions that may result in service delays. All service exceptions are reported. The customer is advised of the cause of an exception, resolution action plans and revised schedules. Proactive Exception Notification provides for the opportunity to evaluate and execute critical path strategies.

Special Account Tracking Teams

Special Account Tracking Teams are established to manage critical situations where single source contact is necessary to manage unique product or special service needs. We offer special account tracking teams function 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, maintaining constant surveillance of special account shipments.

Real-Time Status Reporting

We know where your shipment is every step of the journey through our real-time tracking system. Customers can access real-time shipment status any time of the day by contacting any of our facilities, the central control center's 800 number or via EDI.
